These are the green fees for playing the par 3 course. You are not required to book for the par 3 course, just check in to the shop before your round to pay!
The course opens within clubhouse hours and last tee time is 1 hour before closing time.
Under 8s are free with any paying adult too!
PROGRESS
Our par 3 course is the perfect step to take from range to golf course. It gives beginners the perfect opportunity to learn on a golf course, as well as learning the rules of golf.
As well, it is a great addition to your day at Waterfront if you are coming to use the range and play 9 on the main course, why not add a fun 9 around the par 3 too!

Our 9 hole academy course, opened in May 2025, is perfect for golfers of all abilities. After 4 years of hard work and lots of delays due to bad weather, we finally got there!
Designed to test all levels, with holes ranging from 40 to 70 yards hitting into small targets, even the best players will be challenged!
Designed in house and built by our greenskeepers, who have worked hard to get it where it is today!
